I wish I had a good pic but my phone doesn't take fabulous pics and I felt it would have let y'all down so I rely on you to use your imaginations :)
Monkey Bread
(original recipe from unknown blogger)
1 tube of Grands Buttermilk Bisquits or 2 tubes of regular size buttermilk bisquits
1/2 cup of pancake syrup
3 TBSP melted butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Oven at 375F. Mix melted butter and syrup in a bowl and set aside. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. Spray fluted/bundt pan with cooking spray and pour half the syrup mixture into the bottom of pan. Top with 1/2 the brown sugar mixture.
(MOD ALERT)
Cut the Grands into quarters (I suspect if you're using regular size you can just cut them in half?) and, in batches, throw them into a large plastic bag that contains some granulated sugar (I think I used maybe 1/4 cup) and ground cinnamon (I used 1/2 tsp). Shake, shake, shake Senora, and then arrange the sugar coated pieces in the pan, kind of layering as you go.
(back to original recipe)
Pour remaining syrup over bisquits. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture over bisquits and bake f0r 20 minutes. Let sit in pan for 1 minute and then invert onto a plate. What you do after that is your business but drooling and hiding them from your offspring/mate/spouse are TOTALLY acceptable!!!
